Sev1Tech Awarded Contract to Provide Support Services for USCG Financial Procurement Services Initiative

Woodbridge, VA – Sev1Tech, Inc., a leader in providing IT, engineering, and program management services to government and commercial clients, announced today that the United States Coast Guard (USCG) has awarded a contract to provide support services for the Financial Management Procurement Services Initiative (FMPSI). This is Sev1Tech’s fourteenth contract with the USCG to date.

The United States Coast Guard (USCG) Financial Management Service Improvement Initiative (FMSII) Acquisition Program is in the process of acquiring a hosted financial management, procurement, and asset management solution through a Federal Shared Service Provider (FSSP). In addition to the FMSII acquisition, the USCG is coordinating a data strategy and migration effort, known as the Business Process Reengineering (BPR) initiative. The USCG has chosen Sev1Tech to support these initiatives and provide program management services encompassing meeting management, document creation and management, information technology expertise, SharePoint automation, organizational change management, and communications support. Sev1Tech’s team of 21 personnel will also be providing integrated master schedule development and management, Lean Six Sigma expertise and value stream mapping, data analysis, risk management, and performance measurement and metrics analysis.

This contract was awarded under the OASIS Small Business Pool One contract vehicle.
