Woodbridge, VA – Sev1Tech has been awarded a contract by Air Force Space Command (AFSPC) to deliver enterprise program integration support across the entire 21st Space Wing. Sev1Tech will implement new technological improvements and cost saving approaches for the Enterprise Integration Office (EIO) by introducing greater use of cloud-based technology in information management, implementing quality program improvements, and modernizing existing and future systems.
Under the contract, Sev1Tech will directly support the upgrades and activities of the 21st Space Wing Upgraded Early Warning Radar (UEWR), Long-Range Discrimination Radar (LRDR), Ground-based Electro-Optical Deep Space Surveillance (GEODSS), and Space Surveillance Telescope (SST), as well as many other key systems and operations. These upgrades to missile warning, missile defense and space situational awareness systems, ensures mission availability through the integration of new technologies and enhanced security measures.

The Air Force designed these sites and systems primarily to detect and track missiles while also conducting general space surveillance and satellite tracking.
Sev1Tech will directly support the 21st Space Wing headquartered at Peterson Air Force Base in Colorado Springs, Colorado as well as multiple geographically dispersed Air Force bases, including Beale Air Force Base, California; Thule Air Base, Greenland; Royal Air Force Fylingdales, United Kingdom; Clear Air Force Station, Alaska; and Cape Cod Air Force Station, Massachusetts.
