To prepare our warfighters in offensive and defensive space electronic warfare, the United States Air Force (USAF) has awarded Sev1Tech a five-year contract to provide Space Control Training (SCT) support to the 21st Operations Support Squadron (21 OSS). Sev1Tech will directly support the 21 OSS headquartered at Peterson Air Force Base in Colorado Springs, Colorado. “We have been supporting the Air Force through other programs for several years now, improving processes and integrating new technologies,” said Tracey Hayes, VP of USAF & Space Programs at Sev1Tech. “Our long-standing partnership with the Air Force allows us to translate Warfighter needs and requirements into expert instruction that produces the most operationally proficient and effective space operators. The expertise brought to the SCT program by Team Sev1Tech provides an opportunity for innovation, efficiency, and constant improvement and offers a structured approach to all training design, development, and implementation.” The 21st Operations Support Squadron is comprised of nine flights providing unrivaled and innovative operations support to 21 geographically separated units, including weather, maintenance, intelligence, airfield operations, weapon system training, and weapons and tactics to 21st Space Wing warning, surveillance and space control units while deploying trained and ready Airmen.
